We need a customer portal which does the following:

Has a specific landing page for each of our price lists.   This landing page will offer various sales, marketing materials, and so forth for customers of that specific price list

Ensures the customer sees only products offered in their specific price list.

We have seven such price lists

Example:

Customer A logs in and sees marketing messages, sales and downloadable documents specific to Customer A and Customer A can only see items in THEIR specific price list at their pricing.

Customer B logs in and sees marketing messages, sales and downloadable documents specific to Customer B and Customer b can only see items in THEIR specific price list at their pricing.

Natively it appears Odoo uses our public website and only offers specialized pricing to the customer based on their price list and items not in their price list show up as full MSRP – and that natively there is no ability for us to customize a landing page to each set of clients per their price list.
