I have Odoo 16 Enterprise operating mainly in CAD, but allow multicurrency.
When I enter a USD expense, the currency rate shows as 1 USD = 1 CAD, and I'm unable to edit the CAD amount or USDCAD rate.
Is this expected behaviour?

Hi,
Did you configured the currency rate for the usd in your database ? If not, navigate Accounting -> Configuration -> Accounting -> Currencies and open the USD currency and set the currency rate here.
