Hi,
In Odoo, if the name on client certificates appears illegible, the issue usually lies in the font defined in the QWeb report template that generates the PDF. To fix this, enable Developer Mode, locate the certificate report under Technical → Reports, and open its related QWeb view. Then, edit the HTML tag displaying the participant’s name and apply a clearer font style, such as Arial or a Unicode-compatible font like DejaVu Sans for multilingual support. Finally, save and reload the module to apply the change. This ensures the names on the certificates appear properly formatted and readable.
