I've installed Openerp 6.1 on a ubuntu 12 machine to integrate with our magentos.
We've donwload all modules for magentoerpconnect, but the main module (magentoerpconnect) is not visible after update module list (all the other magento modules are visibles).
The folder has the same rights.
