I want to be able to import product records from a spreadsheet and add a putaway rule for each product. What is the correct putaway handle for the column heading when importing?

Go to Inventory > Configuration > Warehouse Management > Putaway Rules.
Import your excel file by going into Favorites > Import records. and upload the file.
Your header columns should have:
1) When product arrives in (code name: "location_in_id")
2) Store to sub-location (code name: "location_out_id")
3) Product (code name: "product_id")
Note:
If you don't have the id of the locations or the product id you can insert the exact same name of the location and the product and Odoo will search for the id for you just make sure the names are unique.
