The best way to understand what the template needs to loke like is to create a single Bill in Odoo (you can keep it unposted) and export the fields representing the data you plan to import.

I try that but does not seem to be working. Anyone can list the fields for me please. Need the actual field for both invoice and related journal.
Maybe share what you mean by "does not seem to be working" - like error message. The fields you need depends on what you are planning to import.
