I want to automate follower addition in crm.lead based on the planned_revenue field on it in odoo 11 enterprise

eg.

suppose lead has expected revenue = 5000 CAD then x salesperson and y accountant user should be added in the lead chatter and they should get email notification regarding it.

is it possible by just configuring it ?
