I am on Odoo 18.0 online (SAAS). I want to add additional addresses for invoicing customers. Is there a way to add a field for additional invoice emails, or another method?

Since you're using Odoo 18.0 SaaS (Odoo Online), adding extra invoice email addresses for customers requires some workarounds due to the limitations on installing custom modules. The best approach is to repurpose the "Delivery Addresses" feature. You can create new delivery addresses for each customer and store the additional email addresses in the address field. When creating an invoice, select the appropriate delivery address to use that email.
Other options include manually adding CC or BCC addresses when sending the invoice email, which is prone to errors and not scalable. You could also use the "Partner Contact" feature, but it doesn't directly link to the invoice sending process. Finally, you can submit a feature request to Odoo, but there's no guarantee it will be implemented. The "Delivery Addresses" workaround is the most practical solution within the constraints of Odoo Online.

Hi, you can add emails with a "," comma separation in contacts email as shown below
If you need an additional invoice address for the same contact, you can create a child address with the type as required
