Hello, I have Odoo 8 and I want to add my own terms and conditions for the use of the application. How can I do this?

Please be more specific. What do you mean by "use of the application" and where do you want to put it? Who is supposed to obey to your terms and conditions?
And don't forget, Odoo 8.0 is licensed under AGPL, so whatever terms and conditions you might want to define, they have to be in line with the AGPL provisions.
Of course, my terms and conditions are in line with the AGPL conditions. My software is based in Odoo and it is developed for a particular customer. So this customer is who have to obey the terms and conditions.
