Our business keeps very little stock on hand and we typically order from our supplier after a customer has placed an order. The customer then picks up the order from our shop, we generally do not deliver.

This works great when working with Sales Orders, but we also attend farmers markets and I'd like to use the POS to place these orders.

I'd like to add a "Pickup Later" option to the POS, that does not require the customer's address, and does not have a specified date like the "Ship Later" option.

I've gone through Odoo Studio in the POS app, but I suspect that Studio isn't able to customize the POS application itself.

Is there a way to add the "Pickup Later" option?
