Add a button to Existing module heading

Question

I want to add a button to existing Purchase Module->orders->vendors as this Image represent location, to view a vendor purchase history(odoo18), I have already posted this as previouly, but anyone haven't reply me, Please don't use AI generate Answers, Provide a workable(your own answer as developers) because i am a beginner. How Can I inherit this one,  I have already inherited form views, tree views, but this is  different than those? I appreciate your concern aswell. Image [1]

You can add a custom button near the create button.
