500 Server Error after upgrading from 18.0 to 18.4 Odoo Online

Question

Hello,

I just upgrading from Odoo 18 to 18.4 and as soon as i did this, i cannot access the individual product pages on my website. The website itself opens fine, but when trying to access the individual product pages, i get the following error:

**Internal Server Error** The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete
your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in
the application.

I tried opening a support ticket in Odoo but no one even jumped on i

Hi,

Since you’re on Odoo Online (SaaS) with no customizations, this is almost certainly a bug introduced in the 18.4 upgrade.

There’s nothing you can fix yourself, because you don’t have server access or custom code to adjust.

Best option is to open a support ticket directly with Odoo at https://www.odoo.com/help [1]

In your ticket, explain: “After upgrade from 18.0 to 18.4, product pages show Internal Server Error. No Studio or custom modules.”
