I know that it is possible to show value from pivot report in Odoo Spreadsheet, but is it possible to show value from Odoo Spreadsheet in pivot report?

The missing step for you is to have a stored computed field on your model that gets the value from the spreadsheet and then you use the stored field on your pivot table.
