Hi all,
Each time we confirm a SO the system automatically locks the SO even though in our settings this has not been enabled. It hasn't been enabled both from the Sales Settings and User settings and yet it still locks automatically.
Any ideas?

Check whether the Lock Confirmed Sales in Settings is enabled are not
