Bank Statement Import - Odoo 16.0 Community

Question

I was testing out Odoo 16, adding receipts, banks and journals but when I try to do anything with banks, i'm stuck.
The only option I am presented with is import statement. I have no way of creating one manually. When I try importing a statement, I get the same error no matter what file type I use. I have tried CSV, OFX, XLSX.
Validation Error  Please upload in specified format !
date, payment reference, reference, partner, amount, currency !

I know some of these features are disabled in commun

Import Bank Statement
Go to Gateway of Tally > Bank Reconciliation .
Select the required bank.
Click B : Bank Statement from the Bank Reconciliation screen.
Select the required file format in File Type field.
Select the file to be viewed.
Click I: With View .
Press Esc if you do not intend to import the bank statement.
