Dott Achilles is a design and services company that helps other companies grow, from product design to brand strategy. It used many different tools: handmade quotes, a tool to keep time sheets, a tool to invoice customers, another for accounting and another for project management. Odoo made all functionalities available in 1 integrated environment. After another Odoo partner started the project, Varoconsult took over the project and elaborated on Dott Achilles' outstanding questions and requirements.

Craywinckelhof is a vessel full of history. Its roots go back more than 100 years, to 1893, when German Van Obbergen (last brewer in 1917) started a small farm brewery between Leuven and Diest. The project was short-lived, as during WWI the Germans confiscated all the brewing equipment. In 2010, with Louis Schrevens & Maria Van der Elst, the fifth generation came to the helm. With a heart for brewing and a head full of ambition, they breathed new life into the brewery. In 2020, the family found their partner in Matijs Van Eyken to run the regional experience centre.

Gradually they specialised in industrial cleaning techniques, sandblasting, air gumming and dry ice blasting, of which dry ice blasting is currently the main one.
To help PVD Sandblaster with their administrative tasks, the following modules were installed: Sales, Invoicing & Project, including Studio.
This toolkit allows PVD Sandblaster to manage quotations (and their follow-up), planning & execution of interventions and invoicing in an efficient process.
