Tiny Memory Limited/ ToyEast Holdings Limited, a toy manufacturer with 19 retail stores in Hong Kong, is gradually expanding its presence overseas to locations such as Macau, China, Taiwan, and Japan. As the company grows, it has become increasingly important to streamline its operations and improve efficiency. To achieve this goal, ToyEast partnered with Asta Systems Ltd to develop an accounting and consignment system using Odoo. 

This new system has had a significant impact on the company’s operations, increasing the efficiency of employees from various departments by 30%. By automating many of the routine tasks and providing real-time data and insights, the system has enabled ToyEast to make better decisions and focus on its core business of designing and manufacturing high-quality toys.
