Bolder Foods SA
Bolderfoods fabrique et vend des produits alimentaires durables, en commençant par des alternatives de fromage végétalien appelées Chizou. On le trouve actuellement chez Delhaize et Colruyt. C'est délicieux ! Le préféré de Fred est le goût Pizza. Ce projet visait à intégrer un flux de ventes et de sous-traitance à une vue "tour de contrôle" conçue avec le planning de production principal. Le défi consistait à définir rapidement les fonctionnalités les plus utiles d'Odoo qui pouvaient être déployées en quelques heures seulement, ainsi qu'à concevoir les actions de l'utilisateur dans un calendrier. Nous avons configuré les itinéraires de stock afin d'affiner le flux de sous-traitance avec le moins de clics possible. Nous les avons également aidés à démarrer avec la comptabilité, l'analyse et les tableaux de bord afin de piloter les investissements en R&D. Ce projet a été géré avec notre amie Nathalie Chastel de Beefounders qui a joué le rôle de challenger. Beefounders aide les startups avec des modèles d'affaires durables à structurer leurs opérations. Ce fut une collaboration formidable et très efficace. Nous attendons avec impatience la prochaine ! Nous avons également eu une belle rencontre avec Maxence Vanthournhout de l'agence comptable Creafid qui s'est familiarisé avec Odoo.
