The European External Action Service (EEAS) is the European Union’s diplomatic service. The EEAS carries out the EU’s Common Foreign and Security Policy to promote peace, prosperity, security, and the interests of Europeans across the globe. Based in Brussels, with a network of 145 delegations, the EEAS brings together European civil servants, diplomats from the foreign services of the EU member states and local staff in countries around the world.
To manage their 4.000 staff, the EEAS have chosen Odoo as their core HR system, for all aspects of HR management: recruitment, employee management, time off, payroll, appraisals … but also timesheets, expenses, fleet management.
The solution, that covers EEAS’ HR processes and is interfaced with EEAS’ and the European Commission’s core IT systems, is being deployed to EEAS’ 145 delegations.
