تأسست شركة قناة السويس لتوطين التكنولوجيا (شركة مساهمة مصرية) خاضعة لأحكام القانون رقم 230 لسنة 1989 (والذي حل محله القانون رقم 8 لسنة 1997) والقانون رقم 95 لسنة 1992 ولائحتهما التنفيذية .تم نشر النظام الأساسى في صحيفة الأستثمار تحت رقم 180 في شهر مايو سنة 1996 .
كما تم قيد الشركة في مكتب سجل تجاري الجيزة تحت رقم 653 بتاريخ 6/6/1996 .
وافقت الجمعية العامة غيرالعادية بتاريخ 15/5/2004 للشركتين علي دمج شركة قناة السويس للخدمات التعليمية شركة مساهمة مصرية مندمجة فى شركة قناة السويس لتوطين التكنولوجيا (شركة مساهمة مصرية) دامجة وإتخاذ تاريخ 29/2/2004 م أساسا للتقييم والأندماج .
وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية بتاريخ 11/4/2004 للشركتين على التقييم المعد بمعرفة اللجنة المشكلة بموجب قرار السيد الدكتور رئيس الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة رقم 2591 بتاريخ 31/7/2004 .
وافقت الهيئة العامة لسوق المال بتاريخ 8/2/2005 على إصدار أسهم زيادة رأس مال الشركة ليصبح مبلغ 909 مليون جنيه موزع على 90.9 مليون سهم قيمة السهم 10 جم .
صدر القرار الوزارى رقم 1347 بتاريخ 28/2/2005 بشأن الترخيص بدمج شركة قناة السويس للخدمات التعليمية (شركة مساهمة مصرية) مندمجة في شركة قناة السويس لتوطين التكنولوجيا (شركة مساهمة مصرية) دامجة إعتباراً من 1/3/2004 وهو التاريخ الذي تحل فيه الشركة الدامجة محـل الشركة المندمجة بما لها من حقوق وما عليهـا من إلتزامات حيث تنقضي الشركة المندمجة (قناة السويس للخدمات التعليمية) قانوناً من هذا التاريخ .
( نص المادة الثانية من القرار الوزاري) وقد تم التأشير به بالسجل التجاري تحت رقم 3167 بتاريخ 7/3/2005 وكذا تم التأشير في السجل التجاري بموجب قرار الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة رقم 1347 لسنة 2005 تحت رقم 1494 بتاريخ 7/3/2005 لشركة قناة السويس لتوطين التكنولوجيا .
وقد أتبعت الشركة عند الأندماج الطريقة المحاسبية للانضمام بعد إعادة التقييم .
بموجب قرار الجمعيه العامه غير العاديه بتاريخ 29/12/2008 تم تعديل المادة 56 من النظام الأساسى للشركة ( لتصبح للجمعيه الحق فى توزيع كل أو بعض الأرباح التى تكشف عنها لقوائم الماليه الدوريه والتى تعدها الشركه ) .
تبدأ السنة المالية للشركة من أول سبتمبر و تنتهي في 31 أغسطس من كل سنة .
المركز المالي الأول ينتهي في 30 نوفمبر .
المركز المالي الثاني ينتهي في 28 فبراير .
المركز المالي الثالث ينتهي في 31 مايو . 科学与技术
