Matt is passionate about expanding his organization, vendor partners, and customer capabilities to significantly impact manufacturing in the South Bend - Elkhart region. Additionally, he is actively working with and pursuing partnerships with community schools and higher education institutions, including Notre Dame, with an interest in expanding the educational curriculum and technological foundation for Industry 4.0 in the region.
