La création de l'AN-ETAT est le fruit d'une grande volonté de l'État mauritanien reflétée par un ambitieux programme visant à améliorer la qualité et l'efficacité des services publics à travers le potentiel qu'offre le numérique et ce afin d'accélérer la réalisation des Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD).

The creation of AN-ETAT is the result of a great desire of the Mauritanian State reflected by an ambitious program aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of public services through the potential offered by digital technology in order to to accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
