Rich will teach the advantages of Odoo Enterprise Sales, CRM & Marketing Automation modules in contrast to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Rich will show why CRM & marketing automation projects can be delivered more quickly and at lower cost, using Odoo.     


The presentation will include a case study of a US manufacturer's successful implementation of Odoo 12 CRM and marketing automation that would have cost twice as much and taken months longer if the project were completed in Salesforce.    


In this interactive session, attendees will learn how Salesforce account teams move prospects through the sales stages, validate product benefits and product value to prospects, and guide prospects to purchase commitments. The audience will learn how to position the Odoo version 12 native integrations of the CRM, Helpdesk and Marketing Automation modules with other Odoo modules (Website, eCommerce, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.) as the ideal all-in-one solution.
