Introduction

How does this course work?

This class has three incremental levels, you can choose to go as far as you need. To be able to follow this course, it is essential to have a good understanding of the OIM (Odoo Implementation Methodology) as well as an intermediate knowledge of Odoo. If not, we recommend you to first follow the Project Leader Onboarding for partners' course.  > Ask your account manager for more information if needed.

We advise you to select the most appropriate level in case you are not interested in all of them. Do note that this course requires a lot of time for learning and training purposes. 

This course is composed of : 

• Presales processes 
• Implementation from a Business Analyst​'s (BA) perspective (also called Large Account Consultant [LAC] at Odoo)
• Implementation from a Project Director​'s (PD) perspective 

Each level brings its own knowledge on the MMC processes and methodology we built. Follow the ones that interest you the most, at the time needed. 

What kind of support can you expect from Odoo?

The content displayed in these sections can either be followed on your own, or accompanied with a dedicated consultant that will either answer all of your questions on the different sections, or if you prefer a more guided approach, additionally guide you through all the nuances of implementing large projects. Please note that support from a consultant would require a Success Pack; you can discuss this with your account manager.  

Even after you have completed this course, we can still support and help you in your large account implementation by working together on your first projects. We can decide on the right levels of collaboration (Odoo as the lead, hand in hand, Odoo as the reviewer) depending on your experience and your needs.
