So I don't know what I need to do in order to get rid of this. Can someone help me out on some ideas to try and get rid of this error message?

Hi,
Enable debug mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Views and search for the view containing allow_account_number_report . In the search bar you can paste the field and search inside view architecture

Remove the usage of field from the view.
