Queen’s Sleep is a leading Lebanese mattress manufacturer established in 1974, specializing in mattresses, pillows, bedding accessories, and complete sleep systems. The company operates a manufacturing facility near Saida, along with multiple showrooms and a distribution network across Lebanon.

The company was looking for a centralized ERP system to connect purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, sales, accounting, waste management, and reporting. Its manufacturing operations involved multiple raw materials, finished products, production flows, and units of measure, requiring better stock visibility, material tracking, costing, and production control.

ERP Cloud supported Queen’s Sleep through business analysis, Odoo configuration, workflow automation, custom developments, and user support. The implementation covered inventory management, manufacturing operations, multi-unit-of-measure handling, manufacturing consumption tracking, and waste management for scrap, offcuts, and material losses.

With Odoo, Queen’s Sleep now manages its operations through a single integrated platform, improving visibility, cost control, production efficiency, and management reporting.
