Supported manufacturing operations by working on product setup, Bills of Materials (BoM), and basic production workflows to ensure accurate system alignment with business processes.Handled purchase entry processes within Odoo, ensuring correct posting logic, VAT validation, and accurate financial recording. Prepared and shared purchase datasets, validated transactions using Excel, and maintained accurate month-wise financial postings. Identified missing or inconsistent transactions by cross-checking Odoo records with supporting documents and raised discrepancies for clarification before proceeding.
Maintained a strong focus on timely execution, proper system handling within Odoo, and ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination between purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing processes throughout the project lifecycle.
