The Potato Factory International (Private) Limited
OPTP is one of Pakistan’s leading fast-food brands, renowned for its natural hand-cut fries, signature toppings, and a wide range of fried and grilled burgers. Founded in Karachi, Sindh, OPTP has grown into one of the largest fast-food chains in the country, with a strong presence across major cities.
Our engagement with OPTP focused on delivering a comprehensive, integrated solution covering all key operational areas. This included Sales and Purchase Management, streamlining sales and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and transparency; Accounting and Finance, enabling robust financial controls, reporting, and compliance to support informed decision-making; and Inventory and Warehouse Management, implementing end-to-end inventory tracking and warehouse optimization to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
We also deployed Point of Sale (POS) solutions across 70 locations to ensure seamless customer transactions and real-time sales reporting. Additionally, Kitchen Display and Customer Screen Systems were implemented to facilitate efficient kitchen operations and enhance the overall customer experience through dynamic order display solutions.
Finally, our Human Resource Management and Payroll system allowed OPTP to effectively manage employee records, attendance, and payroll through integrated tools, supporting smooth workforce administration across the chain.

Our Contribution
We implemented Odoo’s Membership, Accounting, Sales, CRM, and Maintenance modules to digitize and unify The Quorum’s operations. The solution supports:
Centralized member registration, subscriptions, and renewals
Automated billing, invoicing, and financial controls
Sales and event revenue management
Maintenance scheduling for club facilities and assets
Structured member communication and service request handling
Real-time operational and financial dashboards
