As Odoo partners, we helped Screen Hair Salon by Antoine and Louise set up a tailored Odoo system designed around the day-to-day needs of a busy hair and beauty salon.We configured their salon operations to work smoothly across appointments, services, inventory, staff management, and sales. A custom hairdresser calendar was set up to help organise bookings clearly, making it easier for the team to manage their workload and appointments directly from their phones.
One of the key customisations was the service-based appointment timing system. Each salon service was given a preset duration, so when an appointment is created, the calendar automatically allocates the correct amount of time. This helps reduce scheduling mistakes and gives the team a clearer view of their daily availability.
We also implemented automatic ordering to improve stock control and reduce manual work. The inventory system was configured using different units of measure, allowing the salon to manage products more accurately, whether they are used in treatments, sold to clients, or tracked for internal stock purposes.
Another important feature was the custom commission structure. We developed flexible commission rates for salon services, including the ability to split commission between multiple staff members on the same service. This gives the business a fair and accurate way to calculate staff earnings based on real salon workflows.

For Cutz.com, we implemented a fully customised Odoo solution designed to streamline and automate the salon’s daily operations. The system was tailored specifically to the needs of the business, helping improve efficiency, reduce manual administration, and create a smoother workflow for both staff and clients.Using Odoo, we developed a custom appointment and scheduling calendar that allows the salon to manage bookings more efficiently while keeping all daily operations organised within one centralised platform. Alongside this, we integrated accounting and invoicing tools to simplify financial management and automate recurring administrative tasks.
We also implemented an advanced inventory and product management system, including detailed product tracking based on millilitre usage. This allows the salon to accurately monitor stock consumption, minimise product waste, and automate reordering processes when stock levels become low, ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
To strengthen the salon’s digital presence, we also designed and hosted their website, creating a professional online platform fully aligned with their brand and business operations.

Screen Salon Mellieha needed an Odoo setup that matched the workflow of a busy salon environment. We implemented a connected system that brings together appointment management, services, inventory, sales, staff coordination, and commissions in one place.The salon calendar was customised to help the team manage bookings more clearly and organise their daily schedule around staff availability. Service-based durations were also configured, so the correct appointment time is reserved automatically depending on the selected treatment.
Inventory management was improved with automatic replenishment rules and units of measure, helping the salon track products more accurately across internal use, retail sales, and stock levels. A tailored commission setup was also added to support accurate staff commission calculations.

Development work for Scrubby included the design and development of a complete eCommerce website focused on providing a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for household cleaning products. The website was structured to clearly showcase a wide range of products such as sponges, scrubbers, dishwashing liquids, and bundled cleaning packs, with well-organized categories and detailed product pages to improve usability and navigation.A strong emphasis was placed on UI/UX design to ensure the platform is clean, responsive, and aligned with the brand’s identity of simplicity and efficiency. The homepage was designed to highlight key product features such as grease-cutting effectiveness, eco-friendly materials, and safe everyday usage, helping users quickly understand product value.
Core eCommerce functionalities were implemented, including product listings, add-to-cart, checkout flow, and order management. Payment options such as Cash on Delivery and online payment methods were supported, ensuring flexibility for customers across Pakistan. Additionally, delivery workflows and tracking mechanisms were incorporated to streamline order fulfillment and enhance customer experience.
The platform also included bundled product offerings (family and household packs) to encourage bulk purchases and improve sales strategy. Content sections such as cleaning tips and guides were integrated to engage users and provide additional value beyond just purchasing products. Tillverkning
