Stock Me faced complex inventory management of perishable and non-perishable goods, inefficient procurement processes, ineffective customer relationship management, and inadequate reporting and analytics. Ever Business Solutions implemented an Odoo ERP solution for Stock Me, integrating modules for inventory, procurement, CRM, advanced reporting, HR, Pyaroll, ecommerce, and website management to address their core challenges. Odoo's Inventory and Purchase modules streamlined inventory and vendor management, while its CRM capabilities improved customer engagement and service. The Accounting and Invoicing modules automated financial transactions and integrated these with other business processes.
