Aersolution startete im Jahr 2006 mit den Projekten B747 Patient Elevator und B747 Medical Room. Das sind hochwertige Innenausbauten in Boeing Flugzeugen. Später kamen weitere Projekte dazu wie Galleys (so heissen Küchen in den Flugzeugen) für den Typ B767-400 und B737 FWD dazu. Kein anderes Transportmittel ist so stark reguliert wie die Flugbranche. Bis hin zur einzelnen Schraube ist jedes Teil genormt und mit Nachweisen/Zertifikaten belegbar.Jeder bei Aersolution Interior hergestellte oder verbaute Artikel muss eine vollständig nachvollziehbare Lieferkette haben. Odoo unterstützt dies perfekt. Zudem verknüpft Odoo einzelne Arbeitsschritte mit Dokumenten. Zum Beispiel vereinfacht die Verbindung der Produkte mit den CAD-Zeichnungen und Zertifikaten die Bestellungen, die nun elektronisch erfolgen. Bei der Lagerbewirtschaftung kommt ein Scanner mit Tablett zum Einsatz. Die Etiketten zu den Artikeln werden über einen mobilen Etikettendrucker ausgegeben. Eine grösstmögliche Flexibilität von Odoo war von Anfang an gefordert. Jedes Produkt verlässt Aersolution Interior AG erst nachdem es fotografiert wurde. Selbstverständlich sind die Fotos in Odoo abgelegt. Jeder Projektschritt wurde mit dem Team der Aersolution Interior besprochen. Die anschliessende Umsetzung erfolgte zum Teil durch das Team mit Unterstützung von Mint System, das jederzeit zu Rate gezogen werden konnte.
