Projects/Tasks not showing in Portal for User in Odoo 10

Question

Good Day,
Environment: Odoo10 CE; 1company; 2 users: Admin and Portal user with only Portal Access Right; Installed website_project module and webiste_quotation module; 1 public Project with Tasks and the Portal user is also added as follower.
Problem: After the Portal user is logged in and clicks top right on his name and then on "My Account", he is not seeing the Projects or Tasks. Attached you can see the picture what he is seeing.
The question is: Why is he not seeing the Tasks/Projects? Why

Hi Gregor,
Have you configured the privacy on the project settings? You've need to set it to "Visible by following customers" first and then you need to add the customer as a follower afterwards:
If you configured these two the customer will see his issues and tasks in his portal.
Tip: Also make sure that the customer is added as a follower on the task/issue or he might not see them either.
