In groups, participants will take on the roles of employees and discover at least three different departments. In each one of them, a challenge is given.

Using the instructions and equipment provided, students will have to solve the challenge in Odoo software within 15 minutes.

Then, they will move on to another department until they've completed a challenge in up to 3 categories.

Cum funcționează
It takes 1 hour to set up and can accommodate up to 27 people simultaneously. The activity in the lab is supervised by the LabOdoo facilitator.
The total duration is of 1:30 hour (60 minutes of workshops, 15 minutes for the introduction and 15 minutes for the conclusion).

Nothing at all, it's free! All you have to do is book it online on our website and, if necessary, ask the local authority for permission to park our truck.
Our team travels only in Belgium and close to the borders for a minimum of 54 pupils/students aged from 17, split into 2 groups. The truck needs a 25 x 5 m space that can support a total weight of 23 tons, ideally with access to electricity (red three-phase 5-pole socket, 400V 32A) and sanitary facilities. In addition, the presence and involvement of at least one teacher is mandatory.
For one day, you need between 54 and 108 people divided into 2 to 4 groups. Each group can count between 25 and 27 people. However, it is possible to book the LabOdoo for several days in a row.

No. The LabOdoo has been designed so that everyone aged 17 and over can participate. However, the more pupils/students are already familiar with our platform, the easier it will be for them to go through the workshops and have a better chance of discovering more departments. A support document for teachers is also available (in French and Dutch) on the Labodoo page, containing an introduction to Odoo and a quiz.
