- Differentiate procurement and purchase processes.
- Grasp procurement fundamentals and Odoo's role in enhancing purchase efficiency.
- Understand sales dynamics and the importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Explore Odoo's CRM and Sales applications for managing customer interactions effectively.
- Apply project management principles in ERP implementation projects.

This diploma is a certification based on the eight chapters of the course. Taken online, students have 60 minutes to answer to 80 multiple-choice questions. A diploma is delivred after scoring 70%.
