They implemented comprehensive solutions for the sales department, including pricing modules and customer invoicing, and provided extensive customization of Odoo to meet Kitwood's specific requirements and user interface preferences. Today, all Kitwood showrooms operate on a unified platform, facilitating real-time data sharing and up-to-date price simulation. This integration has significantly enhanced sales efficiency, particularly in quotations, follow-ups, and invoicing processes across multiple branches. Data migration from legacy systems into Odoo ERP was successfully executed, ensuring seamless continuity and accuracy in their business operations.
