AGRALAN: Bringing three business systems into one

Agralan is a family-run supplier of pest control and crop protection products for gardeners, commercial growers and retailers across the UK. Its website, accounting and ERP processes previously sat across Shopify, Sage and Orderwise, making it difficult to see the whole business in one place.

Supportwise migrated Agralan to Odoo, replacing Shopify with Odoo Website and Sage with Odoo Accounting, while bringing order and stock management into the same platform.

With these core processes connected, the team now has a clearer view across online sales, accounts, orders and stock, without having to piece information together from three separate systems.

XERISCAPES: A field service system built around the job

Xeriscapes installs, automates, fabricates and repairs residential and commercial gate systems across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and West London. The team wanted to move its field service operation away from SimPro and into Odoo, while keeping its accounting in QuickBooks.

Supportwise built a custom Odoo Field Service module around the way Xeriscapes works. This included automatically generated PDF job cards using WeasyPrint and connections to QuickBooks.

Jobs and installations can now be managed through one Odoo system, giving the team better visibility of field activity while maintaining its established accounting setup.

THE DENTAL IMAGING COMPANY: Connecting sales, service and finance

The Dental Imaging Company is an independent specialist in digital X-ray systems, cone beam CT scanners and dynamic navigation equipment. With processes split between QuickBooks Online and other tools, the business wanted a simpler way to manage its sales, projects, service and day-to-day operations.

Supportwise implemented Odoo Helpdesk, Sales, Accounting, Project, Field Service, CRM, Employees and Expenses, including the accounting cutover from QuickBooks Online.

Bringing customer, operational and financial information into one platform gives TDIC a more complete view of the business and reduces the fragmentation created by separate tools.

Burry Sealants is a family-run business providing mastic application, passive fire protection and cosmetic repair services for major UK developers. Operating across a wide area from the Midlands to Devon, the team wanted to simplify its processes by moving from BigChange to Odoo.
