My Odoo 18 IOT box is connected to the database, with the correct license, the IOT runs the latest OS and Odoo saas-18.4 branch code. When trying to print a test page from Odoo Online I get this error:

"Failed to reach the IoT Box for device: XXX"

Basically the IOT is not accessible from Odoo Online. Perhaps I misunderstood, but shouldn't the relay address of the IOT Box ( 192-168-1-191.XXXXXXX.odoo-iot.com ) be accessible from outside the network in which the box is installed if the user is logged into Odoo? Currently this does not work on my box, I tried re-flashing and re-pairing multiple times. The certificate looks ok. What else to do to fix it? Thank you.
