Differences between Standard and No Gap are :

Standard : This kind of sequence will present inside database and next value is fetch based on database sequence.

No Gap : This kind of sequence is not present inside database and next value is fetch based on the different fields of ir.sequence model.

Standard sequence is fast compare to No Gap sequence.

User can change manually next number/value in No Gap.
