1. Go to the "Discuss" app, then select the LiveChat - Visitor channel
2. At the top-left click [Invite] button and you can invite a person into the chat internally

We are using odoo 14 Enterprise, and just wondering how to transfer live chat to another team member?

I'm the admin person that only greet the clients and find out what they want, but I need to be able to transfer the chat to another team member. I tried to google but to my surprise, I couldn't anything about the procedure.
