Hi

I have installed the Add-in Outlook to Odoo and get a new entry/company in Odoo every time I click on the circle Odoo Icon in an email.

It creates a new entry without I click on the "Add" - just by clicking the Odoo circle icon. It should just open the profile if it exists and give me the option to add it.

It also creates the same entry/company more times if I click the icon again. So duplicate data entry happens. 

I also got a message about having to pay for entries made with this add-in and will have to purchase credits. I can't find any information about that anywhere, how much and how this is counted, how many entries before I have to pay, etc. Please provide details about this.

Do you have any idea why I'm getting new company entries every time I click the Odoo icon in emails? 

I don't click the "add" just open the panel and the company is created. If I open it again, the same thing happens, new entry of the same company...
