Hi! I have Openerp ver. 6.1.1 installed on DSM Synology, I want to have email cases opened automatically from email gateway that gets mail from support@somemailserver.xxx. When I configure it to "create a new record crm.lead" it gets mail but it sends to Sales dashboard. When i choose crm.helpdesk, it doesn't happen nothing. Can anyone help me?

what module should we use?
When it looks like nothing happens, is there anything in the logfile? Don't know where to find that file on a Synology.
