**Problem:**
At moment, there is no single place for system admin audit all emails sent from Odoo.

**This is a good example:**
User just request a password reset. Admin click reset password and Odoo sent out an Email.
However, This email record can not be traced anywhere in Odoo system.(besides the notification above that user profile page)
I checked the following place, cannot see any trace of sending such email.
```
- Settings – Technical – Messages
- Settings – Technical – Emails
```

This makes audit email sending not easy,

- How to make sure that Odoo keep a record of what been sent and retrieve such record in future?
- How to audit that reset password email been sent XXX times a day? Is those information hide deep somewhere?

Menu \Settings\Technical\Email\Templates, you select appropriate template and in sheet "Advanced Settings" uncheck option "Auto Delete", at this moment sent emails are visible on list  \Settings\Technical\Email\Emails.

Hi Zbik,

Thanks for the answer, I believe that's the correct answer to trace the Emails.

However, The Auto Delete function will turn itself back on with the default password reset template. not sure it's a bug or function.

steps to show the problem:

Turn off the Auto delete in - Settings – Technical – Templates – Auth Signup: Reset Password - Turn off auto Delete

Chose any user to reset password

go back to check that Template, Auto delete is turn on again

Also, there are no trace of password reset email just been sent under - Settings – Technical –Emails

Is there anything else will cause this revert?
