I want to purchase Odoo v18 license for 9 users.
I want to know the detailed benefits of it if I purchase the license.
Also want to know the Odoo support SLA, like if I raise any query then, in much time they will replay and approx. time that will take to resolve that query.
I can't find any documentation on this. so if anyone knows all this, please help me with this!
