(v18) Invoice Payment Communication Bank Acc. No. has hidden digits/stars

Question

Using v18 EE on SH.
When printing an invoice the payment communication hides some digits of the bank account no:
Payment Communication: INV/2025/00191
on this account: 62*****8613
This only occurs for some users when they print. For others it prints without the stars showing all digits.
I can't see to find any setting that controls this! How can I get the stars removed for all users?

After some searching I found the solution  - The user needs 'Officer: Manage all employees' permission for the Employees App, Settings->Users->User->Access Rights tab
