Your xml file contain search filter like this->
<filter string="Emlpoyee" icon="terp-accessories-archiver" domain="[('field_name','=','value)]"/>
Now u have to remove this domain. So updated code will be->
<filter string="Emlpoyee" icon="terp-accessories-archiver"/>
