Email Notifications Maintenance equipment request

Question

Hi,
Im using the equipment module in Odoo CE 10 and im trying to figure out how to get notified by email when a maintenance request is opened. need to notify the owner and the technician of the equipment.
Any help?

*You will need to activate Developer Mode to get access to the Technical Menu where you can:*
Create an Email Template *New Maintenance Request*:

Link it to an Automated Action *Notify Owner / Technician*:

**Then, when someone creates a new request like this:**

**Odoo will generate an email like this:**

Hi Ray,
Everything is perfect, thank you. The only thing i need now is the email field of the equipment provider, to get notified. I tried to figure it out, but can find the specific field.
