if I increase the timeout in the config file and it shows me the increased time in the worker timeout
can anyone suggest the solution?
Hi Manuel, I am having the same problem. In my case, the odoo instance is running behind Nginx inside a docker container. What was the actual solution you took to fix it? Can you describe what you changed? Thanks.

Did you find any solution for this? I'm having the same problem in odoo17 when I try to print or send an invoice email.
May be you check some resource utilization of filestore and check your configuration file. May be this will help you.

Finally I found the problem. It was a wrong DNS configuration of the server that was behind a proxy.
So the timeout was resolving the server name :-(
