I am a newbie of odoo. i installed odoo 10.0 and played around. But i can't restore website anymore.
I am using ubuntu 16.04, and using night version of odoo 10.0. i tried:
sudo apt-get purge odoo
rm -rf /opt/odoo /usr/share/odoo /usr/share/python2.7/odoo /etc/odoo
and then
sudo apt-get install odoo
again.
but on localhost:8069, it is still same static website (logo, img ...)
I'm sure it's not the most brilliant suggestion you'll get, but have you cleared cached files in your browser? The css, js, etc. will be cached.
Each installed module has a static directory containing static files. If you search for Odoo components, you also have to locate hidden directories, such as .../.local/Odoo or similar. Use an appropriate find command for that purpose, because these locations depend on your installation method.
