We have a channel called "#projectupdates. When someone enters a note in a project record using #projectupdates, we'd like a notification to be sent to the channel with the record name (hyperlinked to the record), the contents of the message, and the author of the note. For example...
on a project called "Acme Company", a note is entered: "customer reached out about a delay in implementation".
It would appear in the channel as something like-- "Acme Company: customer reached out about a delay in implementation" and show from the author of the note.
Is this possible in Odoo 16?
