In customization what is batter,

* To directly change in code where need customization.

here I can do direct customization its makes speed up and fast solution, but need to change existing modules.

* Or create new module and do customization, crack typically developed API/Functions.

Here creating new module for new models is good, but to change flow or editing existing functions is such very typical even to edit logic of existing functions again need to edit them. Here to manage field of existing models makes easy to to modify logic of existing modules it bit more typical.

So all community people and fabien please share your inputs.

How easy way we can implement OpenERP, which one is great way to work.
